Occupied deep clean
A top-to-bottom reset for a home you still live in.
A deep clean for a home you still live in
Not every deep clean happens between owners or tenants. Sometimes the house simply needs a reset while life continues around it. Scrub Pop provides one-time deep cleaning for occupied homes.
When a deep clean makes sense
A deep clean can be useful before guests, after a busy stretch, when routine cleaning has fallen behind, or when you want to get the house to a better starting point before beginning recurring housekeeping.
What makes an occupied deep clean different
Furniture and belongings remain in place, so the work is planned around what is accessible. Tell us about the home's size and rough condition when you request service so we can make a realistic plan.
From deep clean to maintenance
Many customers use a deep clean as the starting point for recurring housekeeping. Once the buildup is addressed, regular visits can focus on maintaining the home rather than catching up.

How pricing works
We bill for time on site by the cleaner-hour — every hour each cleaner is on the job counts as one. Two cleaners for four hours is eight cleaner-hours. There's a three-hour minimum, billed in quarter-hour increments.
Example: at $60 per cleaner-hour, eight cleaner-hours is $480. The $60 figure is only an example — your rate is confirmed when we book.
Want a target price or a not-to-exceed cap? Contact us with the details and we'll talk it through. We sometimes quote larger or unusual house-cleaning projects instead of billing hourly.
Frequently asked questions
- Does a deep clean mean I have to move everything?
- No. The home can remain occupied. Tell us about furniture, belongings, or areas that are difficult to access so we can plan appropriately.
- Can I book a deep clean before starting recurring housekeeping?
- Yes. A deep clean can establish a better baseline for ongoing housekeeping.
- Is deep cleaning the same as move-out cleaning?
- No. Move-out cleaning is designed for an empty home and includes areas such as cabinet and drawer interiors as part of the handoff checklist. Occupied deep cleaning works around a lived-in home.
- How long does a deep clean take?
- It depends on the home's size, condition, and priorities. Scrub Pop bills by the cleaner-hour rather than promising a fixed duration.
