The details that help a host

In addition to cleaning, we can flag damage or low-stock items that need your attention and check the consumables you supply. That gives you another set of eyes between guests.

Same-day turnovers

Same-day turnovers are possible, though a few days of flexibility is preferred when your calendar allows it. If the window between check-out and check-in is unusually tight, a rush fee may apply. Include your normal check-out and check-in times when you request service.

How pricing works

We bill for time on site by the cleaner-hour — every hour each cleaner is on the job counts as one. Two cleaners for four hours is eight cleaner-hours. There's a three-hour minimum, billed in quarter-hour increments.

Example: at $60 per cleaner-hour, eight cleaner-hours is $480. The $60 figure is only an example — your rate is confirmed when we book.

Linens are always provided by the host. We strip and remake the beds using your linens, so tell us about your setup when you request service.
